By entering a draw to purchase, you agree to pay in full within 24 hours of receipt of a paypal invoice.  Should payment not be made, you forfeit your right to purchase, and the item will be re-listed.

14 Mile Farm produces handwoven items and as such they may contain such characteristics as warp repairs, weft changes, and slight variances.  These are normal handwoven characteristics and are not grounds for a refund nor do they compromise the safety of the wrap.  

The purchaser accepts absolutely any and all liability that may ever be incurred with use of this item, whether for its intended purpose or for a use to which it is put that is outside of its intended purpose.  14 Mile Farm accepts no liability for the use or misuse of any handwoven item.

The buyer is responsible for shipping fees, inclusive of tracking and insurance and will be invoiced accordingly.  14 Mile Farm does not cover custom or duty fees. If you live outside of the US, please plan accordingly. Customer acknowledges that 14 Mile Farm is located in the USA.

14 Mile Farm is not responsible for lost, stolen, undeliverable, delayed, or damaged packages.

Customer acknowledges that 14 Mile Farm is located in Alaska and that on occasion, shipping can take longer than the estimate given by the carrier when going to and/or from Alaska.

All items are shipped with tracking and insurance. If an insurance claim is filed for a package, a refund will be issued to the customer after the insurance claim is paid by the shipping company. It is illegal to lower the declared value of items on custom declaration forms below the amount paid; 14 Mile Farm retains the right to cancel the sale of a wrap if the customer insists on a lower price being declared. All shipping fees are nonrefundable for any reason, and the return shipping and fees associated with the item’s return for any package is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed upon beforehand by the customer and 14 Mile Farm.

Any and all warranties, guarantees and or product promises are nontransferable and are only valid for the original purchaser as listed on the mailing address.  Once the item is no longer in the original owner’s possession for whatever reason, any and all warranties, guarantees and or product promises are hereinafter void. If the original owner sells or passes the item on to another person, 14 Mile Farm cannot be held responsible for the condition of the item at that time and cannot guarantee the safety or condition the item is in.

Any and all designs created by 14 Mile Farm are the sole intellectual property of 14 Mile Farm and are not to be used, copied or duplicated without express written permission from 14 Mile Farm beforehand.

Customer acknowledges that color can vary in photographs due to the lighting conditions, the monitor settings on which it is viewed, and other circumstances.  

When payment is received via PayPal, 14 Mile Farm will ship only to the address listed on the PayPal account.  Please make sure this is a current and legitimate shipping address.

Any flaws in the weaving will be disclosed in the sales listing, customer accepts item in as-is condition.  It is the customer's responsibility to check over the wrap and notify 14 Mile Farm of any non-disclosed flaw within 5 days of receipt of the item, prior to use or washing.  Within this 5 day window, a return may be accepted for full or partial refund.  After this 5 day window, no returns or refunds will be allowed for any reason.  The use or washing of the item voids the return and refund policy.  Design deposits on custom and semi-custom pieces are non-refundable for any reason. 

The customer is responsible for return shipping.  Delivery confirmation and insurance is highly recommended. 14 Mile Farm is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged by USPS or any other delivery provider when being returned for a refund. 

Refunds will be issued after the item has been received, upon verification that it is in the same condition in which it left 14 Mile Farm upon sale. Please allow at least 3 business days for the refund to be processed.
