14 Mile Farm’s commercial weaving ventures began in the baby-wearing community. I hold so much gratitude in my heart for baby wearing enthusiasts world wide who helped to nurture, support, and cheerlead me in turning fiber art from something I did quietly at home into something I shared with - and sold to - the world. With the advent of mandatory third party laboratory safety testing to the F-2907 standard in the USA, I joined forces with a few other weavers and created Cauldron & Cloth as a handwoven babywearing brand, without ever fully releasing 14 Mile Farm. I likewise hold so much gratitude in my heart for the weavers alongside whom I worked for two rewarding years. As we came to face another round of testing, we made the amicable decision to go our separate ways once again.
